1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Melioris HRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Melioris HRM is a human resource management software that provides:
- Employee data management
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Payroll processing
- Performance evaluation tools
- Integration with Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Melioris HRM, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or disrupt the Service
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service
4. Google SSO Authentication
When using Google Single Sign-On:
- You grant Melioris HRM permission to access your basic Google profile information
- We will only use this information for authentication purposes
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
5. Data Ownership and Usage
All HR data entered into Melioris HRM remains your property. We will:
- Only process your data as necessary to provide the Service
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
- Not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service disruptions (including Google services)
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features of the Service
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Update these Terms, with changes effective upon posting
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service:
- By providing 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breaches of these Terms
- Upon termination, we will provide data export assistance
9. Limitation of Liability
Melioris HRM shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Issues arising from third-party integrations (including Google SSO)
10. Governing Law
